Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Metals & Mining sector.
- Build and analyse financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client presentations, board materials, and marketing documents.
- Conduct detailed industry, company, and market analysis.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients, and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements
- Approximately 2-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with Metals & Mining or Natural Resources exposure.
- Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
