Metis Search are mandated by a leading TMT boutique investment bank to add an Associate to its team in London.
The firm has an exceptional reputation, advising on high-profile and complex transactions. The platform offers strong exposure to quality deal flow and the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior bankers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector.
- Produce financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry and company analysis across TMT.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients, and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements:
- Approximately 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally within Technology, Media, or Telecoms.
- Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Demonstrated transaction experience.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
