Associate / VP – M&A / Investment Banking
London | Energy Transition, CleanTech & Infrastructure
The Role
We are looking to hire an Associate / VP for a London-based M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory team.
The role will focus on transactions and strategic advisory work across Energy Transition, CleanTech and Infrastructure, with exposure to M&A, corporate finance and capital raising.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Support corporate finance and strategic advisory mandates
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Conduct company, market and sector analysis
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda and transaction materials
- Support transaction processes from initial analysis through completion
- Work directly with senior team members and clients
- Contribute to business development and preparation of new mandates
- Analyse opportunities across renewable energy, CleanTech, energy transition and infrastructure

Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Background in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance or related advisory
- Relevant experience in Energy Transition, CleanTech, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure or adjacent sectors
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience with transaction execution
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
