Investment Banking Associate

Type: Contractor

Compensation: $150–$220/hour

Location: Remote

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Associates to support a project focused on integrating AI into investment banking and equity research workflows. Apply your expertise in financial modeling, research, valuation, and deal processes to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share real-world workflows for using AI in financial modeling, research, and deal analysis.
  • Create example analyses, workflows, and reports using AI platforms.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated financial outputs.
  • Compare traditional financial workflows with AI-enhanced approaches.
  • Identify practical benefits, limitations, and opportunities for AI integration.
  • Provide clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI tools and workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, asset management, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, research, valuation, and transaction processes.
  • Experience using AI platforms for finance, such as Rogo, Hebbia, Model ML, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Strong financial analysis, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain and document financial workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an Associate, VP, or Analyst involved in research, modeling, or transactions.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into professional financial workflows.
  • Strong understanding of fintech trends and AI adoption in finance.
  • Experience delivering actionable feedback and optimizing financial workflows.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation of $150–$220/hour.
  • Independent contractor engagement.
  • Approximately 10 positions available.
