Wellington Row Group (WRG) 📍 Remote | Commission-Based | Part-Time

About the Role:

We're looking for ambitious finance students and recent graduates to join our team as LinkedIn Outreach Interns. You'll be connecting with business owners, investors, and industry professionals to build relationships and generate opportunities for our firm.

What You'll Do:

  • LinkedIn Outreach: Connect your LinkedIn account to our automation systems for systematic outreach campaigns. You'll maintain full access to use LinkedIn normally while we handle scaled prospecting.
  • Lead Qualification: When prospects respond, you'll prequalify them using our framework and book qualified leads on discovery calls with our advisors.
  • Deal Learning: Join discovery calls to learn how we evaluate companies, assess deal fit, and determine which opportunities to pursue.
  • Deal Execution: When we sign a client, you'll be the lead intern supporting deal materials including:
    • Teaser documents
    • Pitch decks (sizzle decks)
    • Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
    • Data room preparation
    • Financial modeling (as needed)
  • Real Experience: Get hands-on exposure to the full investment banking process from prospecting through deal execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
