  • Supporting the execution of sell-side, buy-side and strategic advisory mandates
  • Financial modelling, valuation analysis and preparation of client materials
  • Coordinating due diligence workstreams and managing key transaction processes
  • Developing sector knowledge across the wider Industrials landscape
  • Working directly with Directors and Managing Directors on live transactions and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of investment banking experience, with the majority of that time spent advising on M&A transactions within the Industrials sector
  • Currently operating at Associate level, or a Senior Analyst ready to step into an Associate role, within an investment bank or recognised M&A advisory platform
  • Demonstrable track record executing complex M&A transactions from inception through to completion
  • Strong sector expertise across Industrials, including areas such as Business Services, Industrial Technology, Transportation & Logistics, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, Packaging, Capital Goods, or related subsectors
  • Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently on live transactions
  • Experience working with both corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mandates
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced execution environment and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
