Investment Banking Internship
Pharus is currently considering applications for candidates to join its Investment Banking advisory team in London. The off-cycle internship programme is designed for high-achieving individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in M&A investment banking, working alongside experienced industry professionals.
Please note: this is an off-cycle position starting in November 2026, so only recent graduates or students with flexible course structures can be considered.
Basic Requirements:
- Achieved (or on track to achieve) a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent, from a top university
- Recently graduated or in final year of study
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to problem-solve and think independently
- Self-motivation and a desire to show initiative in a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Strong desire to learn and take on responsibility
- Prior experience in investment banking is preferred but not required

Programme Details:
- Start date: November 2026
- Duration: approximately 10 weeks, running through early 2027
- Location: London, on-site
- Weeks 1–2: onboarding and training
- Weeks 3–10: working directly within the investment banking team, supporting both live deal execution and business development initiatives
Strong-performing candidates will be considered for full-time conversion at the end of the internship.
