What the Role Involves

You will operate at the commercial front end of the firm's advisory pipeline while gaining exposure to the wider transaction process.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and approaching companies requiring fundraising or M&A advisory support
• Assessing whether opportunities are commercially attractive and realistically financeable
• Reviewing companies, business models, markets and transaction objectives
• Assessing investor, lender and strategic-buyer fit
• Engaging directly with founders, CEOs and shareholders
• Leading initial qualification and commercial discussions

• Moving prospects from initial interest toward signed mandates
• Supporting negotiations around fees, scope and commercial terms
