Our client’s restructuring practice is one of the largest but also highly distinguished and recognised for serving companies, their creditors, and shareholders worldwide through its talented team of over 250 professionals, located across their global offices.

About the Role

In this role, you will engage in a broad spectrum of restructuring transactions across diverse industries, handling deals of varying sizes and working on some of the most complex and highly leveraged transactions in the market.

Additional Duties

  • Assistance in the full deal process and execution of mandates
  • Raising debt and equity financing
  • Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients
  • Establish financing solutions for all parties
  • Track market developments and transactions
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and solutions tailored to meet clients’ specific needs
