Our client, a leading Energy focused Investment bank is looking for strong candidates to join on VP or Director level

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of M&A, project finance, and debt advisory transactions across the renewable energy sector, from origination through closing.
  • Manage senior client relationships with developers, infrastructure funds, strategic investors, lenders, and other key market participants.
  • Drive transaction strategy, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, marketing materials, negotiations, and execution across multiple concurrent mandates.
  • Lead and mentor deal teams, partnering with Managing Directors and senior leadership on business development, pitches, and broader franchise growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of investment banking or related transaction experience, with a strong focus on renewables, energy, infrastructure, or power.
  • Proven execution experience across both M&A and debt transactions, including project finance, acquisition financing, or structured debt.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and transaction-management skills, with the ability to lead complex processes independently.
  • Excellent client-management and communication skills, with demonstrated leadership of deal teams and the ability to operate effectively at the Senior VP / Director level.
