Location: Remote

About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Investment Banking professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI evaluation and training projects. You will apply your expertise in M&A, capital markets, valuation, and deal execution to help develop enterprise-level financial scenarios, evaluation frameworks, and reference solutions that improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems.
The work focuses on real-world Fortune 500 transaction environments, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, leveraged finance, and strategic advisory engagements.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Capital Markets, or Leveraged Finance.
- Experience at a bulge-bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, deal execution, and transaction analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Excel, and financial modeling platforms.
- Deep understanding of DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, and LBO modeling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-level investment banking scenarios based on real-world M&A and capital markets transactions.
- Develop tasks involving valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
- Create reference pitch books, valuation analyses, board presentations, and deal recommendations.
- Apply investment banking methodologies including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analysis.
- Evaluate financial outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.
- Author detailed rubrics that distinguish senior-level banking judgment from basic financial analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams to improve AI performance on complex investment banking workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing Fortune 500 M&A transactions, capital raises, or strategic advisory mandates.
- Direct exposure to board presentations, regulatory reviews, due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
- Experience developing financial training materials, modeling frameworks, or transaction documentation.
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced finance credentials.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, financial content review, or data annotation projects.
