Opportunity for High-Potential Trainees
We are seeking high-potential trainees to join our International Training Academy, beginning with a fully structured onboarding programme at our Malta Training Academy from 7th September 2026.
Upon successful completion of the academy, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in one of our European offices, including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Hungary or Switzerland, where you will continue your development under the guidance of experienced advisers and managers.

Programme Details:
Your training begins with a 3-6 week onboarding introduction to the financial advisory industry based in our Malta Academy. Upon successful completion, you will then relocate to our deVere Europe outside the UK to continue and complete your training and development.
