Job Title

Our client, a leading clean-tech and renewables advisory firm, is looking for a strong Vice President to join the team to support M&A and Debt execution/origination efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of M&A, debt advisory, and project finance transactions across the renewable energy and energy transition sectors, from origination through closing.
  • Manage transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, structuring, financing, negotiations, and preparation of client materials.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with sponsors, strategic investors, lenders, infrastructure funds, and other key market participants.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members while coordinating internal and external advisers and ensuring high-quality execution and client service.

  • 7–10+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, or project finance experience, with a strong track record in renewables, infrastructure, or energy.
  • Proven transaction experience across M&A, debt advisory, and/or project finance, with a strong understanding of renewable energy project economics and financing structures.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, including project finance models, transaction analysis, and debt capacity/structuring.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex transactions and engage confidently with senior clients and stakeholders.
