The Role
THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FTC THAT MAY EXTEND FURTHER OR OPEN UP TO OTHER OPPORTUNITY IN THE COMPANY
The Investment Client Review Administrator will maintain accurate, up-to-date Investment Policy Statements that reflect each client’s needs and risk profile, ensuring documents are properly approved, recorded and stored, with reviews tracked and scheduled in good time.
- The Investment Client Review Administrator will review client records to identify Investment Policy Statements that are due for their two-year review or otherwise requiring an update.
- Maintain an Excel tracker showing each client’s IPS status, review date, outstanding actions and approval progress; make upcoming review dates easy to identify.
- Prepare or update current client information, including investment needs, risk profile, account arrangements and proposed investment strategy.
- Coordinate internal review and approval before an Investment Policy Statement is sent to a client.
- Upload approved to the appropriate system and keep the tracker and client records up to date.
- Follow up on Policy documents awaiting approval and monitor the tracker so that future reviews are completed when due.
- Work with investment and client-facing colleagues to resolve missing information or discrepancies in records.

- 2-3 years experience within Wealth Management / Investment Management Client Administration on Investment Assistant experience – an understanding of update client investment records and documentation.
- Must have confidence using Excel to maintain and improve a review tracker.
- Ability to navigate client records and correspondence in CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to tracking deadlines and document status.
