Role Description
The Investment Consultant role at Elavace is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The individual in this role will advise prospective and existing investors on property investment opportunities, helping them understand risk, return, and alignment with their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on off-plan, buy-to-let, student, and alternative property investments, preparing investment proposals, and presenting tailored recommendations. The Investment Consultant will manage client inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment transactions. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure smooth execution of investments and ongoing client support is an integral part of the role.

- Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to analyze property investment opportunities and explain them clearly to clients.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Investment Strategies, including assessing risk profiles and building suitable investment recommendations.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse international client base.
- High level of numeracy and analytical ability, including proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Prior experience in property investment, real estate, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Liverpool, manage multiple client portfolios, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
