How You'll Make An Impact
In this senior leadership role, you’ll take responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, including master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs, and pension providers. You’ll also:
- Shape Gallagher’s DC strategy.
- Conduct industry-leading research.
- Enhance technology to improve our work.
- Lead marketing, public relations, and business development efforts.
You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, driving the success of our DC practice and influencing the future of pensions consulting.
About You
Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients. Combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset. Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow. Builds trusted relationships with clients.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
- Have experience co-leading client relationships.
- Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
