Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investment Consultant Sales role based in Birmingham. The Investment Consultant Sales professional will identify and engage prospective investors, present tailored property investment opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to completion. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial and market analysis, preparing investment proposals, hosting client meetings, and providing ongoing portfolio guidance to new and existing clients. The role involves coordinating with internal acquisition and strategy teams to align client needs with available projects, maintaining accurate sales and client records, and meeting agreed performance and revenue targets. The Investment Consultant will also support business development initiatives, attend networking events, and contribute to the refinement of sales processes and client communication materials.

Working Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 9:30am-5pm
- Friday: 9:30am-3pm
Hourly Rate + High Commissions
Earnings ranging from £23,000 - £50,000+ per annum
Work from home flexibility granted where applicable
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Investments, and Investment Strategies, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible terms.
- Experience in Financial Planning, including assessing client goals, risk profiles, and long-term portfolio needs.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and professional communication.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within property, financial services, or related sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret market data, cash flows, and investment performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, manage time effectively, and perform within target-driven environments.
