Join our Investment Controlling team in Copenhagen, Augsburg, Frankfurt Main, Hamburg, Luxembourg, or London as an Investment Controller (m/f/d) and play an active role in managing and shaping our real estate investment platform across the Nordics.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of investment controlling activities for our real estate companies in the Nordics and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality financial information and smooth operational processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of financial data provided by local accounting service providers and reviewing reconciliations to Fund GAAP
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers, including accountants, legal advisors, and tax advisors
  • Overseeing the timely preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns, including the coordination of tax audits
  • Supporting proper corporate resolutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Contributing to acquisition and disposal processes and supporting the setup of new investment structures

What We Look For

  • Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, banking and finance, auditing, or tax
  • Several years of experience in investment controlling, auditing, due diligence, or accounting, preferably in the real estate or fund industry
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a genuine interest in numbers, financial statements, and complex investment structures
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards and experience in reconciling different accounting frameworks
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, high level of ownership, resilience, and flexibility
  • Confident user of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
