We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Investment Delivery Administrator to join our team across the East Midlands network.
This is a permanent, full-time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, involving travel to local offices and depots across the network up to four days per week. This role will be supporting the South region (Leicester/Kettering).

As an Investment Delivery Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery by maintaining accurate operational data, tracking performance, and ensuring systems and records are kept up to date.
You’ll work closely with operational teams and delivery partners, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently across the network.
What you’ll be doing
- Support project delivery & administration
- Provide administrative support to the Investment Delivery team
- Ensure accurate and timely data capture across key systems
- Maintain data & reporting accuracy
- Collate and validate, and maintain operational data
- Keep asset repositories and performance systems up to date
- Monitor performance & resolve issues
- Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities
- Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution
- Collaborate with teams & stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders
- Support smooth project delivery and effective communication

What you’ll bring
- You'll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organisational and workload management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous
