The Role
Reporting to a Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the portfolio while supporting the firm's long-term investment strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment professional looking to take ownership of transactions and influence investment decisions within a highly regarded private equity platform.

About the Role
- Lead investment opportunities from origination through to completion
- Evaluate potential investments through financial and commercial analysis
- Build complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Manage due diligence, transaction execution, and negotiations
- Prepare investment committee papers and recommendations
- Build relationships with management teams, advisers, and intermediaries
- Support portfolio companies to drive operational and financial value creation
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify follow-on investment opportunities
- Contribute to fundraising, market research, and strategic initiatives as required

Your Experience
- Previous experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance
- Strong track record of executing complex M&A or investment transactions
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent commercial judgement and investment analysis capabilities
- Experience leading due diligence and transaction execution processes
- ACA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification advantageous
