About Us

Palisade Real Assets is looking for an Investment Director to take a leading role in the performance and value creation of our infrastructure portfolio.

We are a mid-market real assets manager focused on investments adjacent to traditional core infrastructure, with a particular focus on decarbonisation.

This is a senior infrastructure asset management and portfolio leadership role, with an initial focus on our growing UK and European biogas platforms.

You’ll work directly with portfolio company CEOs, leadership teams, and Boards. The focus is on turning investment strategy into measurable operational, commercial, and financial results.

The Job

You’ll:

  • Lead asset management across key infrastructure investments
  • Develop and oversee value creation plans
  • Serve as a Director, Chair, or Board Observer across portfolio companies
  • Partner with CEOs and management teams on strategy, performance, and growth
  • Drive operational improvement and commercial optimisation
  • Monitor financial, operational, ESG, and strategic performance
  • Support acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, capex deployment, and refinancing
  • Work with the wider investment team throughout the investment lifecycle
  • Contribute to Investment Committee discussions and portfolio reviews

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a role for someone who can move easily between strategy and execution. That might mean working with a CEO on a growth plan, reviewing the performance of an asset, supporting an acquisition integration, or helping a management team deliver an operational improvement programme.

PRA is a small, entrepreneurial investment business. That gives this role direct access to decision-makers and meaningful influence over both the assets we own and how our investment platform develops.

This role may suit individuals currently working as an Investment Director/Associate Director, Asset Management Director, Portfolio Director, Principal, Senior Director, or in a similar senior infrastructure investment or asset management role.
