🌐 Candidates will ideally have a strong infrastructure, real assets or private equity background, with direct exposure to digital infrastructure or data centre transactions
A specialist investment firm is seeking to appoint an Investment Director to lead investment activity across digital infrastructure, including data centres, power and connectivity assets. The firm is expanding its presence in this fast-growing sector and is looking for an experienced investment professional to help drive origination, execution and portfolio management as the platform scales.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take a lead role in sourcing, structuring and executing investments across the digital infrastructure value chain, working closely with portfolio management and stakeholder teams. Please note, the firm is particularly keen to see candidates who can evidence direct transaction experience in digital infrastructure or data centres, rather than adjacent infrastructure exposure alone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
