Investment Director
We are seeking an Investment Director to join a leading, well-capitalised Infrastructure Private Equity firm focused on mid-market investments across attractive, long-term infrastructure themes.
This is a senior investment role with significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle from origination and transaction execution through to portfolio management and exit.
Role Profile:
- Lead and execute investments across the infrastructure mid-market
- Originate and develop relationships with management teams, shareholders, advisors, and other market participants
- Drive investment analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence
- Lead transaction processes and coordinate internal and external advisers
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support value creation
- Contribute to investment committee materials and decision-making
- Help develop the firm's investment strategy and pipeline
- Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior investment professionals

Candidate Profile:

- Strong investment track record within Infrastructure PE, Private Equity, Infrastructure M&A, or a closely related investing environment
- Typically 8–12+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to lead transactions from origination through execution
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical / financial modelling skills
- Excellent understanding of infrastructure assets, business models, and investment dynamics
- Established network across the infrastructure investment and advisory community
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-performing team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with management teams and investment committees
