It’s an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are entering the next stage of our firm‑wide strategy — building on our strong heritage while continuing to evolve, improve and invest in the future.
Our award‑winning Investment Management team is central to delivering this strategy. To support this, we are looking for a new colleague to support three of our Investment Managers as an Investment Executive.
In this role, you will provide valuable support to our Investment Managers throughout the client journey. From being one of the first points of contact for client queries, through to supporting the Investment Managers with portfolio construction and placing trades, this is a role for a strong all-rounder who is not afraid to get involved.
With a solid toolkit of administrative skills and a passion for investments, this is a role where you could make a sizeable positive impact for our IMs and our clients.
This role gives you wider exposure to, and involvement in, more complex duties and responsibilities – helping you put the knowledge you have gained from your qualifications into practical use.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
