deVere Group is a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are looking for ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our International Financial Advisory Development Programme and build a long-term career in international finance.

This is an opportunity to develop within a client-facing, commercially focused environment, working alongside experienced Financial Advisors and gaining practical experience across financial advice, wealth management and business development.

📍 The Opportunity

You will develop the skills required to build a successful career in international financial advisory, including:

  • Client engagement and relationship building
  • Lead generation and business development
  • Networking and follow-up activity
  • Understanding international financial products and solutions
  • Supporting experienced Financial Advisors
  • Developing towards managing your own client relationships

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships and working towards measurable results.

Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, sport or other people-focused environments can be advantageous, although previous financial services experience is not essential.

This is not a traditional investment banking, financial analysis or back-office position.

The role is focused on financial advisory, wealth management, client relationships and business development. It is best suited to individuals who want a commercially focused, client-facing career rather than a purely analytical or technical role.
