We are looking for ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our International Financial Advisory Development Programme, with the opportunity to build a long-term career in Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland.
The Opportunity
This is a client-facing, commercially focused opportunity for individuals who want to develop a career in international financial advice, wealth management, and business development.
- Client engagement and relationship building
- Lead generation, networking, and business development
- Understanding international financial products and solutions
- Supporting experienced Financial Advisors
- Developing towards managing your own client relationships
Training & Career Development
- Begin with a structured onboarding and training programme designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and confidence from day one.
- Benefit from digital and on-demand learning, live trainer-led sessions, and practical, workplace experience.
- Receive hands-on training alongside experienced Financial Advisors, gaining practical exposure to client engagement, business development, and international financial advice.
