Investment Funds Lawyer - 5-8 PQE
A leading offshore law firm is seeking an experienced funds or corporate lawyer to join its highly regarded investment funds practice.
The team advises international sponsors across the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, governance and carry structures, operational and compliance matters, portfolio holding and acquisition structures, restructurings, and end-of-life and liquidity solutions. The international client base also creates opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The role would suit a lawyer seeking sophisticated, cross-border funds work alongside strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop a long-term practice in the sector. The team works collaboratively, with lawyers taking meaningful responsibility for their matters and client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience;
- Strong funds and/or corporate experience from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction;
- International deal experience and a clear commitment to developing a career in investment funds;
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills;
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness;
- Practice management and/or business development experience; and
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build trusted client and colleague relationships.
