As a member of the Bespoke Investment Management team you will assist in the on boarding of new clients along with the maintenance of existing clients. You will also commence or continue your study to enable you to develop into a junior investment manager. This will involve you undertaking the CISI or CFA exam program over a three to four year period.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing client relationship management, including incoming and outgoing communication, account opening coordination and portfolio enquiries.
- Assist with the client take on process, coordinating efforts with other departments within the business to ensure the smoothest possible outcome for the client.
- Take responsibility for checking new business paperwork, scanning documents, managing cash balances and cash movements, updating static client information, preparing valuations, archiving documents and other general ad hoc client maintenance and office duties.
- Assist clients with all administration-related queries, offering support to other team members if required in order to efficiently and effectively respond.
- Assist with correct record keeping practices across the team, highlighting and rectifying any issues across company systems.
- Gather and assist in the production of suitability documentation and ensure reviews are completed as required according to individual client agreements.
- Proactively seek to improve on processes and procedures within the scope of this role, challenging where required and taking an active role in their own continuous learning.
- During your study, seek to understand the investment framework at TrinityBridge, along with the relevant risk profiles and client suitability when assessing a client’s portfolio.
Regulatory responsibilities | Compliance/T&C
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

About you | Qualifications, skills and strengths
- Educated to at least undergraduate level
- Strong interest in finance, economics and companies
- Numerate with Strong MS Office skills; Word (intermediate level), Excel (intermediate level – basic formulas), PowerPoint (intermediate level), Outlook (intermediate level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) including Report writing.
- Personal values that demonstrate the ability to listen, patience and to empathise with respect.
- Proactive nature, demonstrating a desire to gain efficiencies and improve procedures
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with consistent accuracy and willing to help and assist to get the right client outcome
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident to suggest ways of improving the service currently offered
- Proven ability to take the initiative
