About Edenred Ventures

Edenred Ventures is an independent venture capital fund backed by Edenred as a single LP, investing in European B2B technology companies primarily at Seed and Series A across Future of Work, Fintech, Retail/Commerce Tech and Professional Mobility (including adjacent Energy Transition segments). We also selectively invest in early-stage funds and specialist funds operating across those segments.

Backed by Edenred – a global platform listed on Euronext Paris (EDEN) and connecting 60m+ workers, 2m+ merchant partners and 1m+ corporate clients across 44 countries – we combine the independence of a venture fund with the strategic distribution, commercial reach and sector insight of a major corporate. For our founders, in addition to capital, that means access to a wide range of product and geographic perspectives, including operational expertise. We are a small, high-trust team that makes its own investment decisions and holds itself to a high bar.

The role

We're hiring an intern to join our London team for six months, at either analyst or associate level, depending on experience. Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work directly with the investment team, with a particular focus on the initial stages of the investment process—from sourcing and market mapping to evaluating opportunities and conducting initial company due diligence—while gaining exposure to founders, co-investors and teams across Edenred.

Unlike a traditional venture capital fund, part of our role is delivering value to our corporate LP beyond financial returns – which requires an interest in and the ability to develop a deep understanding of Edenred's value proposition and operating model.

What you'll do

  • Source high-quality investment opportunities across our focus sectors, building a strong personal network among founders and the wider ecosystem
  • Evaluate investment opportunities across commercial, product, financial and market dimensions
  • Meet founders and participate in investment discussions
  • Conduct sector deep dives, market mapping and other thematic research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, sourcing and investment analysis
