Our client is a global name in investment management. Due to continued company success, they're now looking to add a Graduate Operations Analyst to their high-performing Operations team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Responding to a broad range of client inquiries from both internal and external clients
- Project managing all operational aspects of account openings and client transitions with internal and external parties
- Coordinating events on behalf of clients from start to finish
- Using clear communication skills to deal with client requests and operational issues
- Building relationships with clients and ensuring service levels are met

The Graduate Operations Analyst will meet the following skill set:
- Work experience within the investment management sector is desirable but will consider graduates without
- Degree educated with a 2.1 or above (or equivalent) (non-graduates may still apply if they have experience within the investment management sector)
- Well-spoken and articulate by nature
- Working towards the IOC or IMC qualification
- A clear communicator with the ability to think on their feet
