Tau Invest Solutions is a Kazakhstan-based investment and consultancy company that serves as a local project operator for foreign investors, managing projects from initial government discussions through construction and commissioning. The firm provides end-to-end support under one roof, including economic zone selection, government liaison, permits, design and construction coordination, and financing structuring. Tau Invest Solutions works closely with regional authorities, SEZ administrations, development banks, and ministries under a transparent, success-based commission model with clear KPIs. The company focuses on projects in manufacturing, logistics hubs, commercial real estate, and residential/smart-city development, leveraging Kazakhstan’s strategic location and special economic zone incentives to improve investment performance.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Investment Manager role based in London. The Investment Manager will identify, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities aligned with Tau Invest Solutions’ portfolio strategy and client objectives.

Responsibilities

- Conducting financial and market analysis
- Building and reviewing financial models
- Assessing risk/return profiles
- Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with local partners and institutions
- Supporting due diligence processes
- Monitoring portfolio performance
- Proposing optimization or exit strategies
- Contributing to business development by supporting client pitches, maintaining investor relationships, and tracking relevant geopolitical, regulatory, and macroeconomic developments
Qualifications
- Strong investment management capabilities, including Investment Management and Investments skills.
- Robust analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Investment Strategies, portfolio construction, and risk management approaches.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including corporate finance, capital markets, and valuation methods.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or corporate development is highly beneficial.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and relevant financial tools.
- Clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects under defined timelines.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages relevant to Kazakhstan and target investor markets are an advantage.
