Investment Manager
Madison Hunt has been retained by a leading pan-European infrastructure investment platform with over £30bn in AUM seeking to appoint an Investment Manager to its London-based investment team.
With an established track record across European infrastructure markets, the firm invests across a broad range of strategies, spanning core and core-plus assets through to value-add and growth-oriented investments across sectors including digital infrastructure, transport, utilities and the energy transition.
The platform is entering an exciting period of growth, offering the opportunity to join a lean, collaborative team with significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers and involvement across the full investment life-cycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management and exits.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the origination, evaluation and execution of infrastructure investments across Europe
- Overseeing financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction execution workstreams
- Managing commercial, strategic and financial due diligence processes alongside external advisers
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Working closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, value creation and ongoing performance monitoring
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience within infrastructure private equity, infrastructure investing or a related principal investing environment
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
- A proven track record evaluating and executing infrastructure investments across the transaction lifecycle
- Experience leading due diligence processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- The ability to take ownership of transaction workstreams with limited supervision
- Strong commercial judgement, communication skills and a genuine interest in infrastructure investing
