We are hiring an Investment Manager to join the PG ONE team, supporting one of the world's most recognised brands, Procter & Gamble. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape media investment strategies, build influential partnerships, and lead high-impact campaigns across AV channels within a truly integrated client team. Working at the heart of Publicis Media's investment function, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, delivering commercial excellence, and helping clients achieve meaningful business growth.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Lead media investment and buying activity across multiple P&G brands, delivering high-quality AV strategies and campaign outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, media owners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional partnership and commercial results.
- Develop innovative media recommendations, identifying new opportunities, platforms, and solutions that create competitive advantage.
- Analyse performance data, uncover actionable insights, and optimise campaigns to maximise effectiveness and return on investment.
- Manage forecasting, buying accuracy, reconciliation processes, and post-campaign analysis to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and shared business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop capability, confidence, and best-in-class investment practices.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Experience in media planning and buying across AV channels, with a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Confidence working with data, translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading, coaching, or supporting the development of team members in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset with a curiosity for innovation, emerging technologies, and new media opportunities.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
