The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Investment Manager's Assistant to join our successful and collaborative Investment Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in financial services to play a key role in supporting experienced Investment Managers who work with discretionary and advisory clients. You'll gain valuable exposure to investment management, client relationship support, portfolio administration, and wealth management operations while working within a professional and client-focused environment.

As a trusted member of the team, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for clients by maintaining accurate records, coordinating account administration, handling client enquiries, and liaising with internal departments to deliver an exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to a busy team of Investment Managers.
• Assisting with the opening, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, including AML and KYC requirements.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring information remains up to date.
• Supporting the preparation of client documentation, reports, and suitability reviews.
• Responding to client queries and liaising with professional intermediaries such as solicitors and accountants.
• Monitoring the progress of new investments and proactively resolving any issues that arise.
• Coordinating cash movements and payment administration with internal departments.
• Ensuring all client files are accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting new business activity by helping onboard prospective clients and processing documentation efficiently.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
