Our client, a growing and forward-thinking wealth management platform, is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Administrator to support its investment platform and MiFID business across GIA and ISA products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across investment operations, client administration and/or trading operations to take ownership of a broad operational remit within a growing business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the full operational lifecycle, from client onboarding, AML/KYC and account administration through to dealing, trade settlement, corporate actions, income and dividend processing, fees and client servicing.
- Monitor dealing instructions, resolve unsettled or failed trades
- Process withdrawals and account closures
- Produce contract notes, valuations and periodic statements
- Take direct responsibility for client money and custody asset reconciliations under CASS 6 and CASS 7, investigating discrepancies and supporting the identification and reporting of any breaches

Desirable
- Experience in investment or financial services operations within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding, AML/KYC and account administration.
- Experience across dealing/trading operations, settlements and investment servicing.
- Experience performing client money and/or custody asset reconciliations.
- Good understanding of FCA requirements, CASS 6 & 7 and Consumer Duty.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workloads against SLAs and established procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with advisers, clients and third parties.
- ISA administration, financial crime or MI/governance experience would be advantageous.
