The Role: Investment Operations Analyst

The Company: UK Leading Independent Funder/Charity

The Location: London

The Opportunity:

As this company continues to back organisations and projects that aim to create a fairer, more sustainable society they are looking to add to their Investment Operations team! A broad position offering end to end Investment Operations exposure.

The Responsibilities:

  • To work with the Investment Operations Manager, the Investment and the Finance team, and other relevant colleagues on all matters relating to investment oversight
  • Work across operational aspects of the relationship with third parties, in particular the Investment Adviser and Custodian
  • Work with service providers to prepare required data analysis relating to investments such as performance reporting, cost analysis, board reporting etc
  • Assist with setting up new investments through co-ordinating legal and tax advice
  • Support with the Audit
  • Administrative support for the quarterly Investment Committee

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ Year experience across Investment Operations, Reporting or Accounting
  • Strong ICT skills across Excel and CRM systems
  • Experienced in data collection and analysis, forecasting, charting trends etc
  • Exposure to Hedgefunds, Venture Capital or Custodians an advantage
