London (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)

Salary £29,000 - £35,000 per annum

Build a career in financial services based on accuracy, reliability and continuous learning.

This role sits at the heart of our Investment & Wealth Advice (IWA) operations team, supporting the administration and servicing of investment accounts. You'll work closely with colleagues across IWA, helping to maintain accurate records, support key operational processes and deliver a high-quality service to clients and colleagues.

Over time, you'll have opportunities to broaden your knowledge, develop new skills and explore career paths across different areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining accurate client, investment and business records.
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of investment services.
  • Processing operational activities and managing data updates across internal systems.
  • Responding to queries from colleagues and third-party providers.
  • Completing data quality checks and investigating discrepancies.
  • Helping improve processes and maintaining the smooth running of the IWA business.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • A reliable, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • An interest in financial services and business operations.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of your work.

Experience within a financial services operational environment would be highly advantageous. Whilst we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills from other sectors, candidates bringing directly relevant financial services operations experience are likely to be considered towards the upper end of the salary range.
