Our client, a global fund administrator, is looking for an experienced Investment Operations Associate to join one of their clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience within investment execution across multiple client portfolios, capital calls and funding, cash management, and coordination across investment teams, fund managers, custodians and other third parties.
Description
The responsibilities of the Investment Operations Associate role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Investment Operations team with the full investment product life cycle, transactions and capital market pipelines.
- Assisting with operational services for stakeholders throughout the business.
- Responsibility for tracking communications, new capital, updates and information; sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capital calls, distributions, cash and funding logistics.
- Legal and transactional document management, including final closing packages.
- Process optimisation and standardisation, centralising data and enhancing technology via clients' platforms.
- Managing transaction structuring and funding logistics.

Skills
The skills of the Investment Operations Associate role include, but are not limited to:
- 4-6 years' work experience in fund administration or investment operations.
- Experience within private markets (asset classes: private equity, real estate, venture capital or infrastructure) is highly advantageous.
- Ownership of multiple workstreams and ability to keep transactions moving.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic and fast-changing work environments.
- Proactive and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.
- Efficient and thorough, able to deliver a consistently high level of work.
- Outstanding communication at all times.
