Investment Operations & Deal Execution Coordinator
(Legal / Contracts / Deal Process Focus)
Our Client is a privately backed international investment firm focused on acquiring and managing assets within the real assets / natural resources / infrastructure space. Operating across Europe with a growing global footprint, they execute multiple transactions each year and work closely with external advisers and internal stakeholders to deliver deals efficiently and commercially.
The business is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. While their transactions can be complex, their culture is pragmatic and relationship-driven. They value people who take ownership, communicate calmly, and keep momentum moving behind the scenes.
This role supports a senior investment and legal leadership team, with line management based internationally and day-to-day collaboration conducted in English.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Deal Execution / Legal Operations professional to support the smooth delivery of investment transactions from documentation through to signing.
This is not a negotiation role and not a senior legal position. Instead, it is ideal for someone who enjoys managing contracts, paperwork, approvals, and internal coordination, and who takes pride in ensuring deals close efficiently and correctly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
