About the Role

Do you thrive on bringing pace, structure and momentum to a growing investment business? Attivo Investments is looking for an ambitious Investment Operations & Executive Business Partner to work closely with our Chief Investment Officer and Executive Team, helping turn ideas, priorities and strategic decisions into action.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly and wants to be close to the decisions that shape the business. It includes core EA responsibilities such as diary management, meeting coordination and executive administration, but the real value is in being proactive: making sure the CIO is fully prepared, priorities are clear and her time is focused on strategic, value-add activity.

Office attendance: 2–3 days per week, with monthly travel to Cheltenham

About You

Investment management experience is essential. You will need to understand the moving parts, language and priorities of the business so you can join the dots quickly and help the CIO stay focused on strategic, value-add work.

The right person will be dynamic, curious and confident working with senior stakeholders. You will be excited by technology, open to using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working, and motivated by the chance to drive efficiency, strengthen operating discipline and help a growing business scale successfully.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
