Our client is an award-winning, growing Wealth Management Platform looking to appoint an Investment Operations Manager, with a clear path to Head of Investment Operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader with experience in investment platforms, wealth management or custody to take ownership of a critical function, leading two specialist teams across Trading Operations and CASS, while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of investment operations, overseeing trading, settlement, corporate actions, investment servicing and operational controls. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with regulatory requirements while supporting strategic change initiatives.

About You
- Strong leadership experience within investment operations, platform operations, wealth management or custody.
- Knowledge of trading, settlements, corporate actions and investment operations.
- Experience leading teams in a regulated financial services environment.
- A solid understanding of FCA regulations, operational risk and governance (CASS knowledge is advantageous).
- A proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
