We are recruiting for a Investment Oversight Analyst
We are recruiting for a Investment Oversight Analyst to join our Private Markets Technical Oversight team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in financial services and investment operations, whether through previous work experience or study, who is looking to deepen their expertise and learn within a dynamic and evolving environment. This role will support the oversight of key outsourced service providers, help deliver change initiatives, and contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing management of private market investment products.

A bit about the role:
The Investment Oversight Analyst supports the day-to-day oversight of key outsourced providers and contributes to the efficient operation of the investment oversight function. The role is responsible for:
- Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Helping to ensure high-quality service delivery, strong governance, and appropriate risk management
- Supporting change initiatives and new product launches
- Providing operational expertise from development through to implementation and ongoing oversight
This position offers excellent exposure across investment operations and the opportunity to develop into a recognised subject matter expert within the business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience or knowledge of financial services gained through work, education, or related study, alongside a strong willingness to learn
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of operational, commercial, and financial considerations
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering excellent service and continuously improving outcomes
