You will lead the investment strategy for a global wealth-tech platform targeting the mass affluent diaspora. You'll build model portfolios, design cross-border decision engines, and translate complex financial logic into actionable advice. This founding role bridges the gap between sophisticated private banking and accessible retail execution for millions of global citizens.

What You Will Do
- Own the design and rebalancing of multi-asset model portfolios and instrument selection across major global corridors.
- Develop the logic layer for a cross-border decision engine that accounts for tax residency, currency risk, and home bias.
- Create clear, jargon-free investment rationales that empower non-professional investors to take immediate, confident action on their portfolios.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building model portfolios or multi-asset allocations in a wealth-tech, robo-advisory, or private banking environment.
- Deep understanding of cross-border financial nuances, including how tax and currency frictions impact domestic investment strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to defend complex logic to experts while making it simple for everyday users.
