Investment Sales Manager (Property)

Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 basic + completion bonus per transaction + annual performance bonus

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing residential property investment and development business with an ambitious acquisition and disposal programme across the North West. They are seeking an experienced Investment Sales Manager to take ownership of residential property transactions, ensuring acquisitions and disposals progress efficiently from offer acceptance through to completion.

This is a key role where you'll work closely with senior leadership, managing the day-to-day progression of transactions while helping to deliver reliable completions and maintain strong cash flow across the investment portfolio.

  • Manage residential acquisitions and disposals from offer acceptance through to completion.
  • Drive solicitors, agents, brokers and buyers to ensure transactions remain on schedule.
  • Manage the conveyancing process, including enquiries, title issues, searches and lender requirements.
  • Develop disposal strategies and coordinate the marketing and sale of investment properties.
  • Maintain accurate transaction trackers, reporting on progress, risks and completion dates.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimise delays and fall-throughs.
  • Build strong relationships with key external partners and support the development of scalable sales progression processes.

About You

  • At least 5 years' experience in residential sales progression or property transaction management.
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing and the legal process from instruction through to completion.
  • Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously, ideally within an investment or development environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to keep deals moving and resolve issues quickly.
