Investment Sales Manager – UK Adviser Distribution
We are seeking an experienced Investment Sales professional to join the Group Sales team at a leading, independent investment management and financial services firm.
This is a key role focused on expanding UK adviser coverage, developing intermediary relationships and generating new business across the firm's funds, products and investment solutions, with a particular focus on Multi-Asset, Platform and ACD.
Location: Home-based – South West England
Office: Bristol available

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across funds, products and investment solutions.
- Build and develop relationships with UK financial advisers, wealth managers, DFMs, platforms and other intermediaries.
- Expand adviser coverage in line with the firm's growth strategy.
- Develop opportunities across Multi-Asset, Platform and ACD.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and generate new investment flows.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Develop existing relationships and identify opportunities for deeper penetration and further growth.
- Ensure all activity meets FCA requirements, company policies and professional standards.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Investment Sales, Wholesale Distribution, Intermediary Sales or Business Development professional, ideally from an asset or investment management environment.
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record of generating new business and investment flows.
- An established network of UK financial advisers and/or intermediary relationships.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and solutions.
- Experience in Multi-Asset, Platforms and/or ACD is desirable.
- Excellent commercial, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- A strong commitment to regulatory and professional standards.
