You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, Marketing and Business Development teams to produce clear, accurate and consistent materials for advisers, clients and external partners.

You will support business growth by producing client-facing content, coordinating sales and marketing activity, responding to investment queries and maintaining accurate product information across systems and materials.

This role will suit someone with investment knowledge, strong written communication skills and an interest in how investment propositions support adviser engagement and commercial growth.

What you'll do

Sales and marketing support

  • Act as a link between the investment, distribution and marketing teams, supporting consistent and accurate investment messaging.
  • Support sales and marketing activity relating to Benchmark’s investment proposition.
  • Prepare materials for new business pitches, adviser meetings, client presentations and marketing campaigns.
  • Help coordinate investment communications across adviser, client and external partner channels.
  • Support the delivery of product launches, commercial campaigns and other investment initiatives.
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to respond to commercial opportunities and requests.
  • Maintain sales and marketing materials, making sure content remains accurate and up to date.

Investment content and communications

  • Produce high-quality client-facing materials, including presentations, product updates, marketing content and investment reports.
  • Work with Portfolio Managers and Investment Directors to translate investment strategy and technical information into clear, client-focused content.
  • Support the production of investment commentary, proposition updates and adviser communications.
  • Review investment content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Benchmark’s proposition.
  • Adapt information for different audiences, including advisers, clients and external partners.
  • Coordinate input and approvals from investment, marketing, distribution and compliance stakeholders.

New business and questionnaire support

  • Complete and manage requests for proposals, requests for information, due diligence questionnaires and consultant questionnaires.
  • Coordinate responses to environmental, social and governance-related requests.
  • Gather information from Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors and other subject matter experts.
  • Manage submissions within agreed timescales and maintain an accurate library of approved responses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of future submissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
