Role Responsibilities
- Originate, develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers and sophisticated private clients in the UK and Europe, aligning every interaction with the firm's client-first values and growth ambitions.
- Promote and sell innovative investment products and solutions - from mutual funds and ETFs to structured and alternative strategies - by working closely with portfolio management and research teams to craft bespoke proposals that address specific client needs.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity and regulatory changes across the UK and European financial markets, translating these insights into actionable sales strategies that support the firm's broader commercial objectives and product roadmap.

Requirements
- Track record in investment sales or business development within banking or wealth management, giving you the platform to leverage your existing network while expanding into new institutional and private client relationships across the UK and Europe.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and European markets, including mutual funds, ETFs, equities, fixed income and alternative investments, plus familiarity with regulatory frameworks and CRM/sales management tools, enabling you to operate efficiently and credibly with demanding clients.
- Outstanding communication skills and multilingual capabilities - fluent English is essential, with French or German a strong advantage - allowing you to present complex solutions clearly, negotiate effectively and build trust with stakeholders in both Geneva and London, supported by regular travel between the two hubs.
