Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors.
We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.
We are now hiring an Investment Specialist, based in London.
The conversations that shape investment decisions rarely end up in a model or a research note. They happen in meetings with management, calls with experts and discussions inside the team.
You will be our voice of the investor. You will define what a good answer looks like for a portfolio manager, help our AI team measure against it and work with our Founding CRO to bring new customers on board across the UK and Europe.

What you bring:
- Several years as an analyst or associate on the buy side or sell side.
- A clear understanding of how investment teams gather information and make decisions.
- Clear writing, and the ability to explain what quality means in your field.
- The curiosity to move from using the tools to building them.
