About the Role
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within TrinityBridge's Investment Specialist Team (IST), ideal for a school leaver, graduate, or someone at the beginning of their financial services career. The role offers broad exposure to the UK wealth management industry, supporting the team that acts as a key link between TrinityBridge's investment office, financial planners, business development teams, and clients.
Working closely with colleagues across teams such as Marketing, Learning and Development, and Financial Education Services, the successful candidate will provide administrative and communication support while developing their understanding of TrinityBridge's investment solutions and services. This is a varied role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, with opportunities for professional qualifications and long-term career development. Based in London, the position follows a hybrid working model, combining office and home working.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the IST as they strive to help the various distribution channels win and retain business. This will include the maintenance of investment-related materials (such as presentations) and preparation support for client facing activities (such as in-person meetings, conferences and seminars, and webinars).
- Provide administrative support on behalf of the IST to the broader Wealth Planning channel, including Intermediary Partnerships, TrinityBridge’s Financial Planners and Paraplanners, the National Account Director, Business Development Directors, DDQ/RFP Specialist and the IFA Relationship team.
- Help the IST to champion TrinityBridge’s investment philosophy to the firm’s clients. Support the team in extolling its benefits and articulating the ways in which the TrinityBridge approach and offering differentiates the proposition from those of peers and competitors.
- Work with Marketing to support the maintenance and generation of material to aid the team and the distribution channels in the undertaking of their day-to-day duties and achievement of their wider goals. Manage and support marketing-related administrative activities, ensuring all collateral is up-to-date, accurate, compliant and on brand.
- Stay fully abreast of developments and updates across key TrinityBridge funds and services – understanding the various investment teams’ investment philosophies, processes and propositions - in order to support the IST in fielding queries and requests about them accurately and in a timely manner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
