Role Overview
We are looking to connect with experienced Investment Operations & Middle Office Transformation Specialists for our talent pool as we anticipate future project demand across the UK Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Platform, Private Banking and broader Financial Services sectors.
This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with specialist investment-operations, middle-office and transformation experience so we can respond quickly as new client projects come to market.
We are particularly interested in professionals who can support operating-model transformation, process optimisation, platform migrations, regulatory change and large-scale business-transformation programmes.
What You May Support
- Lead investment-operations transformation and optimisation initiatives.
- Design and implement target operating models across front, middle and back-office functions.
- Improve trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations and investment-administration processes.
- Support platform implementation, migration and business-readiness activities.
- Deliver process-automation and operational-efficiency programmes.
- Define controls, governance frameworks and operational-risk procedures.
- Support client onboarding, account transfers and asset migration initiatives.
- Coordinate business change, testing and operational-readiness activities.
- Deliver regulatory and compliance-driven transformation programmes.
- Support outsourcing, vendor-management and service-transition initiatives.
- Drive operational resilience and process-improvement programmes.
- Work closely with investment, operations, technology, risk and product teams.

Strong experience in one or more of:
- Investment operations.
- Trade lifecycle management.
- Settlements and custody operations.
- Reconciliations and controls.
- Investment administration.
- Wealth and asset-management platforms.
- Operating-model design.
- Process optimisation and automation.
- Regulatory change delivery.
- Business transformation programmes.
- Vendor and third-party management.
- Operational resilience and governance.
Experience supporting complex transformation initiatives within wealth management, asset management, investment platforms, pensions or private-banking environments.
Strong stakeholder-management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working across multidisciplinary business, operations and technology teams.
Independent consulting, contracting or project-based experience is advantageous.
